Terms of Service and Acceptable Use

User agreement for the Ryte Finance client management system

Version 1.0. Last updated 11 June 2026. This agreement is between Ryte Finance Pty Ltd (Ryte Finance, we, us) and you, the authorised user (you). Ryte Finance is a Credit Representative (Credit Representative 576933) of Australian Finance Group Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 389087.

Read this carefully. By signing in to or using the Ryte Finance system, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not access the system.

1. Who may use the system

Access is granted only to people who have been screened, engaged under a written contract, and expressly authorised by Ryte Finance. By signing in you confirm that you are such an authorised person, that your engagement is current, and that you are accessing the system only to perform work you have been authorised to do for Ryte Finance.

Access is personal to you. You must not share your login, let anyone else use your access, or access the system on behalf of anyone who is not authorised.

2. Confidentiality

All information you can see or access through the system is strictly confidential and the property of Ryte Finance. This includes, without limitation, client personal and financial information, identification documents, file notes, transcripts, strategies, scripts, templates, processes, pricing, supplier and referral information, and any other data or material in or produced by the system (Confidential Information).

You must:

  • keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential;
  • use it only inside the system, and only for the authorised Ryte Finance work you have been engaged to do;
  • not copy, download, export, print, photograph, screenshot, record, forward, transmit, remove or store any Confidential Information anywhere outside the system; and
  • not disclose any Confidential Information to any other person or organisation.

Nothing leaves this system without the express written consent of Ryte Finance. This is the central rule of your access.

3. Intellectual property

The system, and all materials, documents, templates, scripts, strategies, processes, data and content in it, are the exclusive intellectual property of Ryte Finance. You are granted no licence or rights other than to use them inside the system for your authorised work.

Everything you create, prepare or contribute using the system (including drafts, documents, notes and analysis) is the property of Ryte Finance. To the extent any rights do not vest in Ryte Finance automatically, you assign them to Ryte Finance, and you agree to do anything reasonably required to confirm that ownership.

4. How client documents must be prepared

When you prepare any client document, including credit proposals, strategy summaries, file notes and assessments, you must use the actual information on the client file: the requirements and objectives recorded, the figures provided, and the strategy and materials discussed with the client by the broker.

Documents must be complete, accurate and a true reflection of the client file before they are issued. Leaving required sections blank, using another client's details, inserting placeholder text, or producing a document that does not reflect the broker's recorded advice is a breach of these terms.

5. Privacy and data handling

You must handle all personal and financial information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth), and Ryte Finance's Privacy Policy and instructions.

You must not use personal devices, personal email accounts, personal messaging apps, or any cloud storage or tools that have not been approved by Ryte Finance to access, hold, move or transmit client information. You must not move client information outside the approved Ryte Finance systems for any reason.

6. Acceptable use and security

You may use the system only for lawful, authorised Ryte Finance purposes. You must not attempt to access data, accounts or areas you are not authorised to access, interfere with the system, introduce malicious code, or circumvent any security control.

You must keep your login credentials secure, use any multi-factor authentication provided, and report any suspected breach, loss or unauthorised access immediately.

7. Monitoring

Access to and activity within the system is logged and may be monitored, recorded and audited at any time. Sign-in events, document activity and changes are recorded. By using the system you consent to this monitoring.

8. Consequences of breach

A breach of these terms is a serious matter and may result in any or all of the following:

  • immediate suspension or termination of your access and your engagement;
  • legal action, including action to restrain a breach or threatened breach;
  • liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by Ryte Finance, its clients or its licensee as a result of the breach, and recovery of those amounts from you;
  • recovery of Ryte Finance's legal and investigation costs; and
  • referral to the relevant regulators, the licensee, and law enforcement.

Your confidentiality, intellectual property and data obligations continue after your access or engagement ends. On termination you must return or destroy all Confidential Information as directed and confirm you have done so.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Ryte Finance may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

10. Acknowledgement

By signing in to or using the Ryte Finance system, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement, that you are authorised to access the system, and that you agree to be bound by it.
