We may also collect sensitive information (such as health information for insurance referrals) only with your consent.
2. How we collect it
We usually collect personal information directly from you, through conversations, meetings, our forms and fact finds, and the documents you provide. Where you have consented or where the law allows, we may also collect it from third parties such as your accountant, employer, lenders, your referrer, or credit reporting bodies.

- manage our relationship with you and provide ongoing service; and
- meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
If you do not provide the information we ask for, we may not be able to assist you with your finance.

- Microsoft, which hosts our business email (Microsoft 365), including the emails you send us and we send you, and, where we switch it on, lets our systems read and send email in our mailboxes (United States)
Our client database and file storage (Supabase) and the system that runs our client management software (Google Cloud) are located in Sydney, Australia, and our loan processing software (BrokerEngine) is Australian.
Where we disclose your information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and under confidentiality obligations and contract. By engaging us, you consent to this handling of your information.
